How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dozia, or in Dozia: Settings → Manage subscription.
I changed phones and lost Pro.
Open the Dozia Pro screen and tap Restore (top right). Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Reminders don’t arrive.
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Dozia, and in Dozia: Settings → Dose reminders.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap +, search for Dozia (requires iOS 17 or later).
Does Dozia recommend doses?
No. Dozia only records and converts the values you enter. Your healthcare provider decides your dose.
